2. When will my order ship?
We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours (the weekend will be delayed to the working day). At that time, you can email us (support@elechomes.com) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.
3. How will my delivery be shipped?
If the delivery address is in the US, we will ship from the local warehouse and you can receive the package within 2-7 business days (based on your location).
4. How to track my order?
You can track your order on our website in 1-4 working days after your purchase.

Sign in to your account→My Profile→My Orders→Find the specific order you want to track→Click the “Track” button next to the tracking number
