¾ tsp kosher salt
¾ tsp finely ground black pepper
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp onion powder

A pinch dried rosemary
A pinch cayenne pepper
A pinch dried sage
1 ribeye (16 ounces), boneless
1 tbsp olive oil
Prepare your Elechomes air fryer and the bottom fan and clean the frying baskets before each use.
Wash the fresh ribeye and use a blotting paper to dry the surface water.
Drizzle the olive oil on its surface.
Mix together with the seasonings and sprinkle over the steak evenly.
Place the ribeye in the frying baskets.
Select Steak and press Start/Pause.
Remove the steak from the air fryer once cooking is complete. Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
