3 fresh Australasia lobsters (about 300g each)

Prepare your Elechomes air fryer and install the bottom fan.
Clean the fresh Australian lobsters thoroughly and crack open them into two pieces from the back but don't cut them off.
Brush the lobsters with some olive oil and place them into the frying basket. Press the Shrimp button and then Start button to begin cooking.
If you prefer a slightly browned texture, extend the baking time, and increase the baking temperature.
When the baking is done, use a cooking tongs to take out the lobsters and place them on a plate.
Sprinkle with salt and decorate with parsley.
Chef's Tips
The better ingredients you use, the better your dinner will taste even if you do not add a lot of sauces or other flavorings. Have this dish with white wine for the best flavor pairing.
