Noise level is nearly nil. Great output of humidity control. Turns off when water level is low. Records room temperature. Really like this humidifier! When time comes to purchase another one, would definitely purchase this brand again.
Use filtered water to fill. Haven’t had to clean it yet.

So far so good. I got for my finish basement which was getting bone dry when heated in winter.
I love the min/max RH setting and the option to heat the steam. It has a timer which shits it off to save water and you can control the volume of steam.
The only missing thing is a programming function to turn it on/off by day and time, but still the best I've owned.
Works as advertised

I'd recommend this humidifier. It is easy to use and set up. I use water filtered in a Brita pitcher and I did buy the alkalizer tablets. I hope this will help prevent my hardwood floors from drying out. The device uses quite a bit of water and I fill it in the morning and in the evening so it gets humidity in the air. Very quiet, no noise at all.
