Our environment in Colorado is very dry. This helped us get through the winter much more comfortably. This worked perfectly. It does not make a lot of noise. The main thing is we don't wake up with very dry nasal passages and we sleep better at night. I leave it on during the day as well because we have low humidity on our Colorado ranch.

This is not my first humidifier, and it's not the only one I'm currently using. It is BY FAR my favorite. I love the shape of it, and the controls and display. I love the top-filling design and I don't know why they aren't all this easy to fill. The only not awesome thing I've noticed is that if it runs out of water when it's in sleep mode, the display comes on. I'm a sound sleeper but it bugs my husband. Honestly though, I'm struggling to resist the urge to just buy 2 more to replace my other (perfectly good but a pain to fill) humidifiers.

Compared to the old style vaporizers this one is truly a humidity control unit. It give you the present humidity percent and allows you to select what you want both quantity and percent. It is both educational and functional.

I ordered two along with the filter cartridge for this model (SH8820). The cartridges aren’t due in until April 28th. I love the top fill water tank as well as the quiet operation during all modes. Being able to shut the display off is a great feature as I rarely leave my display on. I’m very pleased with this humidifier and my house plants and hardwood floors appreciate it as well.

I like that the reservoir may be filled from the top either by removing it with a convenient handle or by pouring water into it. Only negative is there is no visible water level indicator.

Look I received this humidifier and tried it immediately. This thing is GREAT!!!! Oh my gosh this machine is incredible, it’s sleek, quite, powerful and has easy to follow directions. Way to go!!!!
